I am always so excited when I find a website to better my life. I stumbled on one the other day that included tips for morning and evening yoga, new healthy recipes, relaxation techniques and cardio exercises. I am going to try to incorporate one of her suggestions per week. This coming week I am going to attempt to add the morning yoga routine and see how it goes. Anyone else want to join me?
